With violence declining in recent years, local coffee associations have stepped up, connecting small producers with global markets. Discover the rich flavors of Tolima coffee, now available thanks to these dedicated farmers and cooperatives.

This fully traceable blend showcases the vibrant flavors of Tolima, sourced from Cooperativa Multiactiva de Asociaciones Agropecuarias del Tolima (Multicoop). The cooperative unites 379 small-scale farmers across Planadas, Rioblanco, and Chaparral, each meticulously managing their own micro-mill. From hand-harvesting ripe cherries to precise fermentation, washing, and slow drying on raised beds, their dedication ensures a consistently clean and high-quality coffee. Yet, the unique conditions of each farm add layers of complexity, resulting in a rich and dynamic cup profile.

 

 Origin and Altitude:

  • Region: Planadas, Rio Blanco, and Chaparral, Tolima, Colombia
  • Altitude: 1500 – 2200 masl

Processing Method:

  • Processing: Employing the "washed" method.  Involving meticulous de-pulping, fermentation, and drying, resulting in a clean, vibrant flavor profile.

Roasting Recommendations:

  • Taste Notes:  Guava, lime, grape, nougat, cocoa
  • Q-Grade: 85

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
