Info about various chambers

"Thought this info might be useful The metal that sits inside the chamber is 70mm on the 540/800 then flares to 95mm. The 540 glass is 95mm tall. 800 is around 130mm tall. Early chamber metal that goes into the base is 70mm and glass is 95mm tall. Early ext tube is 65mm at the smallest point 540/800 ext tube is 75mm at the bottom or smallest point. Then they are only a couple inches different on length."

SR800 GLASS ROASTING CHAMBER Are the 4 slot locking and 2 slot interchangeable
You can use the older 2 slot chamber in the 4 slot design. But, not the other way around.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unused items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email (support@homeroastingsupplies.com) before you return the item.

IF THERE IS A NEED TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

  • We will need the serial number, found on the underside of the base unit, starting with 540 or 800.  
  • Shipping or mailing address
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Pictures of the damage if filing a warranty claim for a roast chamber or top assembly.

IS YOUR MACHINE NOT HOT ENOUGH?

  • Verify that you are getting 120-122 Volts to the roaster without any extension cords.  
  • The ambient air temp is not below 55*F.  Cool temps will result in low heat output.
  • Make sure your roast profile includes lowering the fan speed as the beans roast to increase the chamber temperature.  
  • Running too few beans can result in heat not building up in the roast chamber.  Minimum of  3 Scoops, 3 OZ, or  85 Grams for both SR540 and SR800.
