"I purchased this roaster in February 2024 and it has worked flawlessly since then. I added the extention tube around the end of 2024 and it's even better. I managed to roast 3 to 4 times a week with ease. Even roasted out in my garage during the winter here in Mi. , after the warranty ran out of course. The tube made this possible I believe, and the booth I built sure helped, and with some added heat it got up to the middle 40's. After good movement of the beans I lowered the fan speed to get my roasting temps up where needed. One more thing, Sam was awesome to deal with and made things well when the USPS managed to send the ext. tube and beans I ordered to the North Pole, lol. Sam pushed a second order thru which arrived in just a few days. First order came a month later. I loved it so much I kept them both. Got to have a spare I figured."
