Beans are bagged into 1 and 5-pound bags.

Uncover the elegance of Ethiopia Guji Shakiso Samana G2 Washed 2024 green coffee beans. Grown in the high elevations of the Guji Zone and carefully processed at the Samana washing station, this coffee offers floral aromatics, bright citrus, and a clean, tea-like finish.

This Grade 2 washed lot highlights the clarity and complexity Ethiopia is known for—ideal for light roasts, pour-over, and manual brew methods. Perfect for home roasters seeking expressive, origin-forward flavors.

Varieties and Processing:
  • Variety: JARC Varieties, Local Landraces
  • Processing: Washed
Roasting and Taste Profile:
  • Roast Level: Suggested light to medium roast, Ethiopian washed coffees shine at lighter roast levels, preserving the floral and citrusy characteristics. A darker roast would mute these delicate flavors and introduce more chocolate and caramelized sugar notes, but you might lose the origin’s unique brightness.
  • Taste Notes: Floral, Green Tea, Cane Sugar, Lime, White Grape
  • Q-Grade: 84.75
  • Body: Medium
  • Acidity: Medium

Experience the exquisite flavors of Ethiopian coffee beans—a delightful blend of floral, green tea, and honey notes that offers you a light-bodied cup with bright acidity. This flavor profile is perfect for discerning coffee enthusiasts!

For all orders exceeding a value of $150 shipping is offered for free.

IF THERE IS A NEED TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

  • We will need the serial number, found on the underside of the base unit, starting with 540 or 800.
  • Shipping or mailing address
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Pictures of the damage if filing a warranty claim for a roast chamber or top assembly.

IS YOUR MACHINE NOT HOT ENOUGH?

  • Verify that you are getting 120-122 Volts to the roaster without any extension cords.
  • The ambient air temp is not below 55*F.  Cool temps will result in low heat output.
  • Make sure your roast profile includes lowering the fan speed as the beans roast to increase the chamber temperature.
  • Running too few beans can result in heat not building up in the roast chamber.  Minimum of  3 Scoops, 3 OZ, or  85 Grams for both SR540 and SR800.
