When you roast El Salvador coffee beans, the focus is on preserving their bright acidity and highlighting delicate floral and fruity notes. The suggested roasting approach leans towards a light to medium roast. This enhances these characteristics, although experimenting with different roast levels can allow for customization of the flavor profile.
